the issue in the 2022 tiguan was address promptly by service team , Ben did a great job listening and coordinating, i bet the maintenance crew are amazing as well, i have couple take aways that i would like to share with you, having an engine failure is concerning, this is a less that 25K miles and less than 3 years vehicle with failures similar to a jeep or regular car brand, and maybe this could be driven by having 1st service at 10K miles... you could save maintenance costs from warranty if you reduce to a more realistic time. still.. the service was great and quick, i am really crossing fingers to not have any other issue in the near future (at least in the next 25K miles), Tiguan its being such a great vehicle for me and my family, but unsure to keep this car longer...

I brought my car in for 20k service plus a tire rotation plus an alignment. I asked if they could please run the car through the car wash and he said yes. When I picked it up, it wasn’t clean and he made an excuse. It’s frustrating. I will take my car to McDonald VW moving forward, they always wash my car no excuses.
